Looking to try something new?  Are you tired of “seeing” the same standard martinis on the cocktail menu?  Eye-See Everest is a unique craft cocktail made with Everest Raspberry Ridge and lychee fruit juice which can be enjoyed year-round.  To be the hit at the Halloween party, grab 2 lychee fruit and pop a blueberry in each of them and watch this drink watch you!

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Raspberry Ridge Vodka
• 2.5 oz. Lychee Fruit Juice
• 2 Lychee Fruit
• 2 Blueberries

Directions :

Take a martini shaker filled with ice add 1.5 oz. Raspberry Ridge Vodka and 2.5 oz. Lychee Fruit Juice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled martini glass.  To garnish for Halloween, take 2 lychee fruit and put 1 blueberry in each fruit to make it look like eyeballs.  When not drinking at Halloween, drop 2 or 3 lychee fruit into the martini.
